Activity Number 3

My individual of choice would have to be Christopher Wallace or known as the Notorious B.I.G because of these following reasons. Chris was raised in the big city of new york and was the only child of Voletta Wallace,Chris's father left when he was at age of 2, leaving his mother to work two jobs while raising him, Chris did very well in school winning 7 english awards in middle school. He was given the nickname "Big" for his size at age 10, when Chris turned 12, he turned to selling drugs, Since his mother was often away at work, She did not know that her son was selling drugs until Chris was an adult.According to his mother, Chris was still a good student, but developed a "smart-ass" attitude at the new school. At seventeen, Wallace dropped out of high school and became further involved in crime. In 1989, he was arrested on weapons charges in Brooklyn and sentenced to five years' probation. In 1990, he was arrested on a violation of his probation. A year later, Wallace was arrested in North Carolina for dealing crack cocaine. He spent nine months behind bars until he made bail. Chris began rapping when he was a teenager. He would entertain people on the streets as well as perform with local groups, the Old Gold Brothers and the Techniques. After being released from jail, Chris made a demo tape under the name Biggie Smalls. On August 8, 1993, Chris's longtime girlfriend gave birth to his first child, T'yanna. Chris continued selling drugs after the birth to support his daughter financially. Once Combs discovered this, he was made to quit. Chris focused on music and met p-diddy, the CEO of Bad Boy Records. Chris recorded his songs he wrote in jail and started getting concerts and then people started to know the name Biggie Smalls. The next thing you know Biggie was a celebrity and he was at a photo shoot and he met Faith Evans, lets just say it was an instant connection and he made one of his biggest hits "Juicy" and he married Faith Evans. On October 29, 1996, Faith Evans gave birth to Chris's son, Christopher "C.J." Wallace, Jr. Chris traveled to California in February 1997 to promote his upcoming album and record a music video for his new lead single, "Hypnotize.  On March 8, 1997, he presented an award to Toni Braxton at the 11th Annual Soul Train Music Awards in Los Angeles and was booed by some of the audience. After the ceremony, Chris attended an after party at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. On March 9, 1997, at around 12:30 a.m., Chris left with his entourage in two GMC Suburbans to return to his hotel after the Fire Department closed the party early because of overcrowding. Chris traveled in the front passenger seat alongside his associates, Damion "D-Roc" Butler, Junior M.A.F.I.A. member Lil' Cease and driver, Gregory "G-Money" Young. Combs traveled in the other vehicle with three bodyguards. The two trucks were trailed by a Chevrolet Blazer carrying Bad Boy's director of security. By 12:45 a.m., the streets were crowded with people leaving the event. Wallace's truck stopped at a red light 50 yards (46 m) from the museum. A black Chevrolet Impala SS pulled up alongside Wallace's truck. The driver of the Impala, an African American male dressed in a blue suit and bow tie, rolled down his window, drew a 9 mm blue-steel pistol and fired at the GMC Suburban; four bullets hit Wallace in the chest. Chris's entourage rushed him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but he was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m.

What inspired me about Biggie was that you can get through rough times if you just go out and work at what you like to do. Biggie grew up a terrible life in the start and he worked on his rapping to get away from his problems, and little to be known he made it big and thats a winner to me. Ive had a few problems in my life, But im trying to get an education and get a good paying job. Im going to work at it and make it just like Biggie and his rapping.

How To Dunk A 10ft Basketball Net

video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmGb_noezZQ
How to dunk a 10ft hoop

1. practice on a lowered hoop under 10ft
2. get your vertical leap high so your reaching above the rim(drills or plyometrics)
3.constantly try to dunk until you dunk the ball (also get someone to throw alley oops)
4. if you get someone to alley oop, focus on slamming it down
5. once you start dunking and jumping higher, start trying slamming it hard! (trick dunks)

1.I personally enjoy the sport of basketball and dunking is a skillfull move in basketball.
2.the audience could be other ball players, or people who want to start dunking
3.the video is a well put together clip and can be helpful to people such as myself who want to dunk
4. some people might not find it helpfull, but not everyone is the same
5.I personally would add some vert drills to do for examples, but other than that its all precise
